In response to the new message; As the pictures will show, we installed a PSI Black Poly pipe using stainless steel clamps on each endA Ford fitting could have been used but it is not the industry standard. There has been no cost incurred by this client at these times

I own the property and am the one that always took time off work to meet with Indigo employees. I have communicated and met with Peter several times so he knows very well who I am and how I fit in. My son had a new manufactured house put on the property as well
as a garage built. His response is below. Hello,Please note that everything submitted in the original complaint is exactly what happened and I am in agreement with what is requested for the outcome. Also, Peter still has keys to my garage that need to be given to me. He states he left them on the property however there were only three on the property and with two sets of locks there is a minimum of four keys. Please let me know if you need anything further from me.Thank you,*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:As you can see in the attached photos that Indigo yes indeed do a repair. However, they used hose clamps and a cheap hose. It was only a matter of time before this said repair would fail. Now, why would a general contractor do a repair like this is beyond our and two different plumbers comprehension. These are main plumbing lines not just water hoses in a car! The Park has stepped up and had a plumber come out and do the repair the correct way due to Indigo's lack of response and follow through. As for Indigo digging these boxes up multiple times I find it hard to believe as maintenance at the Park dug these up and sank pumps in awaiting for a response from Indigo as well. This leak began before the landscapers started using a compactor it only became incredibly worse as time went on. Indigo has had a habit of placing the blame elsewhere but as you can clearly see by the first repair job that Indigo agrees they did that it would never last! The Park has stepped up and had a plumber come out and do the repair the correct way due to Indigo's lack of response and follow through. So, in essence the repairs are now fixed and fixed the correct way so there is little if any chance they will fail. The pictures attached show the hose clamp repair and then the correct repair.
