Revdex.com: I have reviewed the made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [My original complaint was the rims, I purchased from USARim the sales person guaranteed me that the rims would fit on my vehicle Mercedes Benz GLE Once the rims were put on my vehicle I had to have spacers so the wheels fitted properly, then I had vibration issued, I took the rims to a high performance station who re-balanced the rims and I still had the vibration problems I informed USARims what [redacted] said about the rear tire and yes USARims did replace the tire which didn't correct the vibration problem I took my vehicle in for it's annual service and was told the spacers on the rims is causing the vibration I notified USARims and they refunded the payment that was paid to [redacted] ***I notified USARim that I was still having the Vibration issues Since USARims could not correct the problem and would not correct or accept the rims back, I had to replace the rims, which I still have the original purchased rims from USA, if they buy the rims back this matter would be closed if not, them I am not satisfied with this resolution] Regards, [redacted]

I did not agree to resolve this complaint with anyone I sent the wheel back and the company refunded me the $for *** *** service on re-balancing and replacing the bad wheel I told USARims what the problem was and the correcting a wheel did not correct the problem, they sold me a product that does not fit my GLE Mercedes Benz, which I was guaranteed that the rims would fit my vehicle and they don't I stated I wanted resolution with the company to correct the problem and they still have not met there responsibilities To resolve this problem the company would need to accept the rims and refund me for the rims since the rims are still the problem I drive my vehicle and around 55mph the vehicle starts to shack, the Mercedes dealer stated the spacers are the problem and since the rims are not deep enough to fit they sent me spacers and I sent them back because they were defected *** *** replaced the spacer and I still have the vibration in my vehicle To make things clear if USA rims agree to accept the rims back and refund me the amount for the rims only I will considered this case resolved not until the rims are returned and refunded will this be resolved in my opinion

[Mr. [redacted] texted me on Tuesday October 18, 2016, saying that he would send another tire to replace the damaged tire and I told him that he stated October 10, 2016 that he would replace the bad tire and give me the service fees.  I sent his the invoice for the $206.00.  I will not accept anything less then the refund of the service fee $206.00 and one tire same brand as the other three tires.]

The problem is not and was not only the defective tire the wheels are not properly fitted for my vehicle when I was told I would have no problem with the purchase. I had several conversations with the business on this issue and that told me to let some ocnthe air out and that did not correct the problem. Next I was told they would look for a high performance station to look at my vehicle.  I was told they were not associated with anyone in my area.  So I could do a place that told me the tire was bad and the spacer were the problem. Without the spacer the rims are to tight for my vehicle and the company was made aware of this they are only concern with the reading of the tire.  They need to read the complaint through.
