I contacted customer on Monday 3-27-I spoke with David S [redacted] and explained to him what was going on with our recycle serviceI told him that the recycle truck is a garbage truck but it only picks up recycle and it can be confused with the garbage truck but reassured him it was a recycle truckI apologized for the inconvenience on the missed pick ups and explained to him that I would make sure going forward we would pick him as scheduled and offered a credit for the inconvenience we may have causedHe said his wife was handling all of it and would talk with her and get back with meWill wait to hear back from him
