Hello, I sent it once before , the address for the company USBI is [redacted] their phone number that I have is : ###-###-####however when I phone this phone number, this evening I reach a representative from a company who admits they are tied in with USBI and their billing and their phone calls are rolled over to them on this phone line???which confused me ? but the correct phone number for the Online Savings Company the phone rep confirms and I had written down is ###-###-#### ? we have exchange it this morning 6/20/ please note as the dealer and servicer, we simply cannot exchange units for customers without whirlpools authorization! and in this case whirlpool was not working with us , we have been in business for years and dont want
any "black marks on our name " because of one unhappy customer thank you pam c***owner
