Don't get me startedI ordered to help a friend with her Usborne partyI was informed if I placed my order by December 5th, there would be plenty of time to receive my items by ChristmasI ordered December 2nd, as of December 19th, they STILL had not shippedThe consultant contacted me to let me know that my order may not arrive on timeI could never reach customer service, I couldn't even get through to be placed on holdThe items came the night of December 24th, yes, I got them, but that shipping time frame is RIDICULOUS for BOOKSUpon opening the box I was not happy with ANY of the items I bought but they were gifts I had already paid for and didn't have time or money to go try and find something differentThen, their Wipe-Clean books come with a marker that stained my daughters brand-new Christmas vestWHY WOULD YOU SELL A CHILD'S PRODUCT WITH A MARKER THAT STAINS?! I have been on hold with customer service for an hour now, trying to get my money back and still no answer
