Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: there is no reason for me to have to drive down there in this broken down vehicle he sold meIt is at least miles one way from where im staying and the truck keeps breaking downI already signed the paperwork that he says needs to be re signedWhat he fails to mention is whether it will remain the same sale or will it be written as a new sale with updated milage and purchase dateIm interested in this as the registration is now dueWhen I originally purchased the truck, it was my understanding that the registration would be paid for the yearThat being said, I come back to my original complaint: the addition of an unauthorized lienholder being added to my titleThis was wrongfully and illegally added and now, just like that, he thinks I should take time off of work and drive roughly miles for something he claims is okI believe that, as a dealer, he should be held accountable for this wrong doing and that he should fill out whatever part of the title he is required to do and then send it to me so I can take it directly to the DMV and complete my endI do not feel comfortable signing anything else in his presence, as he has proven to be underhanded at bestI do not trust him to not swindle me again in one way or anotherI am not an attorney, and probably dont always understand the fine print and I feel that he would be aware of that and use it against me somehowI feel if I do go to his place of business, he and MrP [redacted] would somehow try to gain possesion of the truck, as MrP [redacted] is the lien holder and could do so, again, without my consentThe only way I would agree to show up to meet him anywhere would be with law enforcement and or legal councel (at his expense, of course)The dealer knew what he was doing was wrongIt shouldnt be up to me to have to fix itI am still investigating on criminal charges being brought agianst said dealershipThank you for your continued time in this situationI appreciate it, immensley Regards, Anthony Ricci
