This company did not get my order to me on time. I ordered and paid extra to get it here for an important school event. I have emails promising it will be here. It did not arrive. I need a refund and can't get any communication regarding my order. This company is money that my students worked hard to earn. After you discover that they are not doing what they need to do- they will not answer emails, phone calls, or chat online.

I chose USCraft to make silicone wristbands on behalf of our school PTA for sales. The FAQ page on their website stated just a few business days until shipment. I ordered the wristbands January 23rd. They didn't go into production until February 3rd, packaging February 26th and finally shipping on February 28th. During this incredibly long process I sent numerous emails requesting an ETA on my order that mostly went ignored. Their "chat" option on the website gets completely ignored and if you try to call them the automated message just tells you they are unavailable and to email them instead...again, those get ignored.

I finally received the bands on March 3rd and when I opened the package, they were the wrong color! I ordered gold and they came orange. I sent another email March 3rd. No reply. March 4th another email. No reply. March 5th and 6th, no reply still.

I paid them $139.00 and they sent me a wrongly made product and will not answer me regarding what to do with the wristbands and to refund my money. Completely disgusted and robbed!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Placed an online order with this company 1/27/2020, reviewed artwork and paid on 1/28/2020.
When ordering I paid extra to have product by 2/12/2020 due to sensitivity of anniversary of a death. Since paying, no one has answered a phone, email, chat or any other form of attempted communication with this company.
When I placed the order I specified in the instructions that if we could not have it by 2/12/2020 to let me know so that I could no place the order.
We have not received merchandise that was paid for and specified to be here today (paid extra) and no one will answer any form of attempted communication with this company.
