I just received a voicemail from this customer last night after I had left for the dayLooking back through our ticketing system, she had sent one email which we responded to asking for more informationShe never responded backWhen she finally did it was a callLooking at the notes the customer refused to troubleshoot the issue and hung up on the repI am calling the customer today to try and resolve the issue, but at this point since she's gone to you, the Revdex.com I'm about to let it lie and she can get a heat press when they are back in stock
