The customer bought a year old [redacted] with 146k that passed state inspection same day it was registered .He test drove the [redacted] twice and drove it home .Few days later contacted us complaining that the clutch is broken. He was told to get the [redacted] to us so we can inspect and fix it .When the [redacted] was brought to us we found out that one of the rear shocks were broken ,in regards of the clutch the [redacted] drove fine and the clutch was fully functional. The customer had unreasonable expectations from us to install a new clutch. He was explained that even if the clutch was broken (which it was not the case) it would not be covered by any warranty as it is a part that can be destroyed by somebody that does not know how to drive a manual transmission. Also the [redacted] had k miles which meant it was not covered under any kind of warranty after it passed state inspection! We did replaced both rear shocks although it only needed one to make sure it was safe to drive.Customer has unreasonable expactations considering he bought years old [redacted] with high miles .Customer drove the [redacted] away without paying 100$ deductible
