Review: I purchased a 2007 for explore on 10/15 with a down payment of 2000. I found out that the tire sensors was bad after the dealer told me that a part was changed and would need to be driven for 600 miles before the tire sensor would turn off. on the same day aprox 9pm when I went to park in front of my house; I contacted the dealer and advised him that when the truck is placed in reverse the entire back of the truck kicks forward with a very loud noise. He advised that he would pick up the truck out of the lot located in station square and take back to the shop.On Thursday 10/16/14, the salesman picked the truck up out of the station square parking lot. He picked me up from the lot to take me back to lot where the truck was parked.I advised him that the issue with the sensors, nor the shifting was not corrected prior to leaving the lot.He advised that the shifting carriage was adjusted and that was the cause for the jerking when shifting gears and to please keep over the weekend since my car (that I parked in the lot but did not trade in was at a different location) He stated that he ordered the sensors for the tires and if the issue did not correct itself he would put me in a new car.I took the truck to my mechanic and he stated that the motor mounts was bad that is what caused the truck to jerk when shifting.I called Used car world on sat. the 18th and told him I wanted out of this truck he advised that there was different SUV on site. went to see what was available and the same ones that was there originally was there. He stated that if my mechanic wanted to fix the mounts they would pay in addition to paying for the tire sensors. On 10/28 my 4yr old and myself was driving and the ENTIRE exhaust fall off.I called them and stated no more chances I want my money back. I drove to the dealership and left both the truck and keys.the salesmen was talking about how the truck could have blown up.Desired Settlement: my total deposit of 2000.00. The dealership stated they would get the loan reassigned but I have to pay for another title. I was told that I would receive 1904.00 instead of my total deposit. this is not fair, 1. I never received the signed documents from the authorize dealer since he was not in.I did not have the Truck for 1 week. I attempted to give them this truck back day 2. Myself and my child could had died driving up to the dealership located on 51 from Crafton.

Review: Looked at a few cars on the lot and settled on an 06 jeep liberty. Was told it was in excellent shape and they just got it in. Took it for a ride and the first corner I turned the wheels started to grab and lag. brought it back and was told that it was in four wheel drive and it was normal that the jeep did that. Told them that the power mirrors were not working and was told that he would get the motor and fix it as well. Dan the salesman sold me a warranty stating that it was a top of the line warranty and that if anything would go wrong it would be covered. I was going to write them a check for a down payment but they would only accept cash to which I never got a receipt for. One was written but somehow never made it into my packet of paperwork along with several copies of the warranty pages. Well a few days after taking the car home, the grinding started again and it was not in four wheel drive. At one point when pulling out from my driveway it sounded like pots and pans were rattling near my rear axle and the car would not move. I got out to see if something dropped or I ran over something but nothing was there. I put it in reverse and it lagged a bit then put it in drive and it went but I could hear it grinding in the rear of the car like the brakes were sticking. To make a long story short I called and called and called but no one would answer their phone and their message machine would not tak a message when it did pick up. Finally reached someone the next day and was told my salesman Dan was off and they would have him return my call. Never did after three days I finally reached him. Was told to take it to a shop and have it looked at and not to worry I had a good warranty that would cover it. Took it to 2 different locations and was told that the emergency brake plates were shot and all needed repaired. They called the warranty company and was denied told that since it was a pre existing condition that I would have to pay the $1400 out of pocket. Was told by the mechanic that it should not have been inspected with that problem in the first place. I have tried several times to contact them to resolve this issue, cancelled the bogus $1800 policy and contacted several news investigative reporters to look into this and OUT these cheats. Will also be filing a report with the Revdex.com. Don't be taken by these shysters like I was. Go elsewhere. I am not done with them and plan on contacting an attorney as well.Desired Settlement: I want their mechanic or a reputable one to fix the brake issue, the mirror issue and the drivers window issue that I was told would all be covered under the bogus, useless warranty they sold me

Review: I feel like I was taken advantage of. I was ripped off. [redacted] advertised this car as a good car WAS IT was NOT. this is fraud. The car was dangerous, and was in no condition to drive. I relied and trusted that I was getting a good deal,But instead I was taken advantage of because I knew not that much about cars.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Review: I bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Used Car World and at the time of purchase the vehicle's exhaust was making noise and I asked them to have it fixed first. I picked the vehicle up a few days later and was assured it was fixed. The vehicle started to make a noise, I had it checked out only to be told that it was a broken bolt inside the exhaust manifold and that they had put two gaskets on the exhaust manifold to cover the noise up. The warranty they sold me says it covers the exhaust manifold but won't cover this problem because it is a broken bolt, and Used Car World won't do anything to fix it because the car was sold "as is" even though they assured me the problem had been fixed. I'm now paying for a car to get fixed that I have only driven twice. I called them to resolve this issue and was brushed off.Desired Settlement: I want the vehicle fixed correctly, as it should have been originally.
