so there is no misunderstandings in the future and it makes it easier to come to a mutual resolution. We sell every vehicle with a Virginia state inspection, we check for any current recalls and a 3 month warranty which includes coverage for engine, transmission and air conditioning at no additional cost to our customer. We are a licensed car dealer in the state of Virginia which means we must obey all Virginia laws. Every state and country have different laws. We sell many cars around the world through the internet. There is no way we can guarantee state inspections in every state or country. If a customer has a issue or complaint with a Virginia state inspection which is done by a licensed Virginia inspection station and by a licensed Virginia state inspector. The customer would usually return the car in a couple of days from the sale date to the Virginia inspection station that inspected their vehicle and ask for them to take a second look at at the issue in question. If the inspector agrees with the customer then Used Cars of Fairfax LLC would take the appropriate action to get the problem corrected. This is what our customer should have done four months ago.I have included 2 common symptoms of a bad tie rod end:1. Faulty tie rid ends can cause the vehicle to pull to one side when driving or braking.2. Bad tie rod ends can produce a knocking sound from the wheels when turning them back and forth while parking.I know this vehicle did not have any of the symptoms above. I am sure our customer and her husband would agree when they test drove the vehicle that it did not pull to either side and did not have any knocking sounds. I am sorry that you had a problem with the state of Maryland inspection. If you made a complaint with us the same way you are making this complaint with the Revdex.com. I am sure this could have been resolved.You mentioned the price was gouging as it misrepresented the vehicle. Every vehicle that I sell, I personally drive for at least 100 miles so I know everything about the vehicle which means I do not misrepresent a vehicle. If there is an issue with a vehicle I will tell you about it. Just like I thought the brake pedal was a little soft even though it would brake properly.I gave you $300.00 towards the brakes which is documented on your purchase agreement which you fails dot mention.
