Hello, In response to this complaint: First, [redacted] is not an owner or manager of this company and only does invoicing and web related tasks on a contract basis [redacted] never had any contact from [redacted] other than receiving his initial invoice for payment Secondly, [redacted] is a very hard individual to deal withBeing that English is not his first language, there have been some communication barriers Let me be clear that he was not and has not been scammed by usWe have had previous transactions together that went completely smoothIn the situation he's mentioning, he placed an order with us, then cancelled the order and asked for a refund, then a week after the cancellation decided he wanted the product again We reordered an equivalent product, which in turn was damaged in shipping, so we sent it for repairHe then asked for a refund again, which we have processed You can verify with the person stating the complain that there money was returned on December 19th We ask that his and the other pending complain be removed as they have both been resolvedThank you

I am rejecting this response because:They spent more than months demanding the shipment of the equipment, without any specific response from the supplier, only evasive and delayed answers.After claiming the shipment during all that time, I requested the cancellation of the purchase, and only through this mediation I was refunded half the original payment, which is not 100% of the amountI lost my time and the possibility of working with the equipment I wanted to buy and until today I could not, because I entrusted my moneyI have taken care of the transfer costs when I sent them the money in vain and the bank discounts for the receipt of 50% that they reimbursed meI hope to receive as soon as possible the remaining 50% to resolve this

We have had previous transactions together that went completely smooth. In the situation he's mentioning, he placed an order with us, then cancelled the order and asked for a refund, then a week after the cancellation decided he wanted the product again.  We reordered an equivalent product, which in turn was damaged in shipping, so we sent it for repair. the submitted complaint: The buyer paid for the equipment and then decided that they did not want it and requested a refund. At that point in time, the equipment had already been paid for and shipped by our company. Once the buyer wanted a refund, we had to then resell, or return the equipment in order to refund the customer, but we would still be out all of the shipping cost. We refunded what our profit would have been from the sale, as well as some extra in order to return half of the purchase price. We have been working with the customer ever since to refund the remaining amount. We also ask that the customer retract any negative reviews of our company upon final repayment.
