I am currently renting a property from usedmobilehomesThey had over a month before I moved in to finish plumbing and electrical and I am currently still waiting for them to finish! The people that they have doing it tell me a day they are going to be here but give me no time on when they will arrive so I am expected to wait around all day and sometimes they call or text me late in the day to say they can't make it! My rent has been paid on time every time and I don't see resultsThey tell me that the workers have their own businesses so it will take them some time to do itI feel if they're that busy with their own business the company should hire there own people to do the jobs! They had sent a plumber to do work that was so poor I took pictures and sent them to Brandy and she had another plumber sent out who just looked at the job done and said he would be back to fix it but never came backThen proceeded to send a third one who would show up anywhere between and in the evening and leave anywhere between or in the morning and the work is still not finished!! I will never recommend usedmobilehomesto anyone and will never give them future business!! Me and my wife moved to one of the properties from hours away to deal with this and I don't feel it is fair to either of us! We're trying to have a beautiful life together and all this is ruining our lives!! If there is something that can be done I wish it would happen fast!! I don't feel we should have to pay rent till things are straightened out!!

You won't find better people to work with when your looking to buy a land home package ,In my case I am renting to own apiece of land ,I am disabled and thought this would be an impossible task But with Mike and Aarron ,They made it easy and Affordable This month I will be moving my home to the property ,I highly recommend them .
