Usedmac.com cancelled my order and haven't gotten my $205 refunded. When I tried to email them and call, I get no answers and no callbacks.
11/30/19: Ordered laptop (which they showed being in stock). Paid with prepaid credit card ($205). ***
12/2/19: Received email from person named Mike cancelling the order. It said "out of stock, sorry. Mike" I logged into my account to check on it. It said cancelled. No indication of a refund. I filled out their "contact us" online form asking about it and requested they call me back at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

12/9/19: Called their X-XXX-XXX-XXXX number. No answer. Had to leave a message.

12/11/19: Still no answer via email or phone.

Desired Outcome

Laptop of same quality or refund. If refund, they have to send a check.

simply charge voided same day as item was out of stock.

Used macpro, not as described, shipped back, then 2 months later after they receive the machine back, they want payment again, and makes threats.
July 1, 2019 I purchased a Mac Pro. This machine was supposed to come with a 1TB hard drive, with a new installation of the operating system. The machine was also supposed to be fully tested.

When I received it, it had a 1.5TB hard drive that had software from Maricosa College, and the machine was registered with Apple, and linked to the college, making it useless to me. I asked them several times, to remove the lock, they refused.

When I tested the machine's hard drive, it had 12 bad sectors. Obviously they do not test the machines, and in fact since it was locked by apple and registered to the college, the machine I received was stolen.

They sent me another drive (1tb), which also did NOT have a fresh OS install.

I returned the machine to them via USPS (***), and it was delivered back to them on 12:58 PM on july 12th.

I asked for a full refund, upon the return of the machine, they refused, even though the machine I received was stolen, and defective (it had a 6 month waranty on it, which they refused to honor).

I had to file a charge back with my credit card company to get my money back, after the machine was returned to them.

Friday sep 20, 2019, I received a threatening email, saying they never got the machine, and they would "come after me", they were informed that any attempt to "come after me" would result in trespassing charges being filed against them. They then threatened me with court, "if I didnt return the machine", tracking clearly shows it was delivered back to them 2+ months earlier.

I would note, that there are numerous complaints regarding this company with their shady business practices, on Revdex.com as well as several other web sites.

Desired Outcome

They are harassing me, and making threats, the machine was returned to them, and I have my money back, I do NOT*** wish them to contact me again in any way, shape or form. They are harassing me after 2+ months after the transaction was concluded.

This scam customer ordered mac pro 2012 .after get it sent massage that hard drive not working .sent another bigger hard drive ,still he make story.customer kept the $800 mac pro and sent us fake track number that shows only 1 lbs package(mac pro box is about 52 lbs) he said computer returned and customer dispute the charge and got money refunded already.we are filing court order because of this scam and fraud action next 2 weeks

this business sent a stolen mac pro, with a defective hard drive (not the hard drive that was listed), the machine was also locked by apple, and not usable. they sent me a SMALLER hard drive that was NOT a new software install as they stated. they refused to remove the lock on the machine by apple, hence it was unusable. I sent the machine back, provided tracking, they refused a refund, so I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. they waited 2 months, and now are harassing me, and threatening me with bodily harm. tracking shows the machine delivered to them, I dont know where they get this "1 lb" deal from ,but it certainly weighed a lot more than 1lb when I shipped it back to them.

the statement about sending a larger hard drive, is a complete lie.

the machine was advertised with a 1TB hard drive, it came with a 1.5TB DEFECTIVE hard drive that had 12 bad sectors, and old software from a college. they sent me a 1TB drive, which is SMALLER than what I received with the machine. they advertised the machine as fully tested, and a 6 month warranty. the machine was obviously NOT tested, since the hard drive was bad, and not even what was described in the listing, furthermore, the machine was locked by apple.

I do NOT want them contacting me again, they have their stolen computer back (tracking proves this), and I have my money back, 2 months to contact me, really? I consider the matter CLOSED and just want them to leave me alone.

Placed and order, was charged, inexplicably refunded, and business refuses to cancel order, process order or communicate with us in any way.
I placed an order for a computer on July 24th. I was immediately charged and the next day our charge was refunded. I called, they said that the manager voided the transaction and told that they'd call me back the next morning. No call came. We've been trying for more than a week to speak to someone. A couple times when we called, someone picked up and said, they'd talk with the manager and call us back. They never call back. And now no one ever picks up the phone. So now we still have an order with them that is labeled 'processing' and they won't communicate with us, won't cancel the order, won't get in touch to actually get us the product we were willing to buy... nothing.

I want our order cancelled.

I made an order for 3 used Mac Minison 1-25-19. After ten days, I had not seen my order processed or updated to include shipping information. When I contacted usedmac.com, I was told that the three computers were shipping on 2-4-19 and my order would be updated with the tracking number.
On 2-6-19 I still did not have a tracking number, and when I contacted usedmac.com, I was told the delay was because of hard drive upgrades that I did not request, but the order would ship that day and I would have a tracking number.
I did get a tracking number and when the order arrived, the box included only two Mac Minis, not the three that I ordered. I called usedmac.com and was told that the third Mac Mini was shipped separately and that the new tracking number would be updated on my order and the computer would arrive on 2-9-19. The order was never updated to include an additional tracking number and the computer was not delivered.
I have contacted usedmac.com to request a refund for the third Mac Mini that I paid for but was not delivered, and I have not heard back yet. Very frustrating, inaccurate information and inaccurate order processing from usedmac.com.

Different CPU parts arrived.
UsedMac.com refused the exchange.
UsedMac.com says that CPU parts can be returned first.

That is different from what I ordered.

I paid the cost of carrying this item from the US to Japan.
OPAS transfer service fee total: $ 96.57
Import tariff + consumption tax $ 19.22
I was damaged. I was cheated on UsedMac.com.
In order to return this product, UsedMac.com pays shipping fee.
UsedMac.com will not refund $ 443.01.
I will not pay anymore.
UsedMac.com can not be trusted.

Customer is not the tech and does not understand that part is for 2010 model.customer says , he is not technician and he tried to changed the CPU WITHOUT ANY EXPERIENCE....
this kind of part can not be replace if you are not the tech.

Is a model that anyone can exchange CPU.
The part number XXX-XXXX-A 2009 deliberately delivered by UsedMac.com requires CPU processing.
UsedMac.com does not accept return exchange, nor returns money.
UsedMac.com says that it is worse for you to place an order.
Since UsedMac.com does not refund, I can not repair Mac Pro for two months.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

First off the item wasn't as it was advertised, second they give you a bunch of shipping options, don't even bother paying for express shipping it won't happen. Finally. and most importantly this is an ACTUAL response from them regarding my issue when I contacted them.
"just send it back for full refund.we do not need rude customer.if you need something fast you need to pay via fedex not USPS.do not try to be smart like that.

Customer tried to be smart and chose USPS priority mail that cost $9 .same service with fedex 2 days is about $35.we shipped same day via USPS priority mail.but nobody have control on USPS AFTER shipment.but with fedex you get exact service you paid .so this rude customer need to learn this:"you get what you paid"

This above message is a prime example of this sellers professionalism. Please don't advertise a service you cannot provide, or provide a disclaimer on your site that indicates this information. It was never indicated that Fedex 2-Day is faster than USPS 2-Day. I just read "2-Day." If you can't guarantee that then say it on your website don't charge $12.95 (not $9). Furthermore, I received no apology or customer service to deal with the fact that the item wasn't as expected. Shipping issue aside, the lack of polite customer service is appalling.
