The company’s (U.S. Gold Beaureu) policies are even more of a joke. After receiving the metal, they need 5-15 days to evaluate “their own overvalued metal set” before they release the funds. It’s a JOKE! In this case, they dont even have to cut a check or release the funds. We are TRADING. Day 5 of them having my metals, the manager Greg keeps repeating the company’s BS policies, and furthermore blaming me for not selling last year, being in a rush, trying to make money in the silver rallying, and saying I am being threatening by saying I’ll write a review. WTF!
How about walking over to whatever department, explaining the situation, smoothing things over… THAT would have been the solution! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have bought from many companies over the years. STAY AWAY from this one. I started with USGB many years ago due to the ease of ordering online. They have very well trained sales respresentative to take advantage of ignorant, which I was at the time. The representative called and changed my online order to the overpriced coin set under the guise of “investment”. Come to find out they have gotten in trouble for selling the overpriced coins under the assumption of “investment”. After many years of frustration of them wanting 30 days to a “year”, selling it under consignment to get the price they promised, with no guarantee, I finally decide to sell it at a loss in an auction so that I can barter. After charging me for shipping it to them, them having it for 3 days so far, yet wanting another 7-14 days to inspect the item before they issue me a credit for me to buy from them! It has been many hours of talking on the phone with this company, loss of money, waste of breath and beyond frustrating!
