I signed up with this company to receive packages from AmazonAt that time I could not access my main amazon account so I opened two new amazon accounts; and two accounts with usgobuy to receive my parcels
After they got my parcels and I paid for them to be forwarded to my shipper, they asked me to verify my identity
I explained to them that I own both accounts; and the reason why that happenedI also sent them a scan of my intl passport and a selfieIt took them weeks to verify my account!!!
I then paid them more money to move my stuff to my shipper and they are asking me to verify againTwo weeks have now passed; yet they have not shipped out my parcels
USgobuy, you are a terrible and unproffesional company ripping people of! I am calling you out and will be filling a complaint with consumer protection council!!!
Ship out my packages I already paid you for: U**SSN*** & U**SSN***
I lost a lot of money booking a flight with my shipper yet you have no remorse!!!!!!

Purchased a mattress cover pad for my pregnant fiance from ***.com and paid usgobuy.com to ship it on octoberAfter a month of not receiving my package I emailed the company who said the would look into itIt has been months and I have not received my package and the company has not responded to my emails

I placed a shipment order on www.***.com, a multi-carrier postage discount online platform registered under USgoBuy company, and shipped a package of clothes worth of $by UPS
Unfortunately, the package was lost and UPS only paid me $even I provided all the merchandise invoices as I didn't declare value while ordering the shipment
However, when I placed the shipment order on www.***.com, there was Insurance section given instead of Declared value given on UPS webpage, which was misleading me left it blank*** does not even remind users in the More Info(https://www.***.com/official?locale=en_us sorry that no EN version, but you can see there is no $mentioned) that UPS's liability for loss is limited to $without a declaration of value
When I asked *** to cover the rest amount of my loss due to the misleading and lack of proper information on their page, they claimed that Insurance and Declared value have no difference

On April and April I purchased sheets of a wall decal and a set of lamps
On April 16th I contacted them via their only method on their website which is email and asked for a status on the whole order: decal + lampsThey responded the same day that they would check on my order and get back to me
On April 20th the wall decals were received and I sent another email that day letting them know I received the decals and asking for a status on the lamps
The directions for the wall decals is to wipe the wall down, let dry overnight and then apply the decal sheetsThe instructions were followed exactly

Two packages were delivered by UPSThey were delivered on the same day at the same timeIt was signed and confirmed to be received by "Receiver LIJ."
However, they stole or lost one of the high value package from Apple
When I contacted them, they claimed that they never received it and they are not responsible for undelivered packages
They told me they will not reimburse me, even though their terms of service clearly states the following:
"If your package is lost in our warehouse before shipping to you, we will refund you the lower one of declare value and invoice within business days."
They told me to contact Apple instead but they won't give me a refund

Just simply the best US based package forwarding service I have used, and the least expensive also

I signed up with this service after seeing an ad that they shipped internationally for "*** ***" Not realizing at the time they were not an official international shipper for themThat was just the beginning of their deceptionIn their ad they stated that they offered package consolidation in order to lower shipping costs
However unlike most other reputable companies they charge you for the the original dimensional weight and not the re packaged weightThey charged me $and the real shipping cost was $Which means I was overcharged $Instead of refunding the difference to my credit card they said it would be used as a shipping credit even though I don't intend to use them againAfter I checked for my credit on their website the balance was "zero"
They originally overcharged me $on the dimensional weightI tried to contact them by online chat and it was turned offI emailed them and received no responseI figured since they had my merchandise and I

They charged 15lbs instead of the 10lbs ups said they received
I paid anyway because I neede it fast
They haven't delivered the product and the client service don't answer the phone and rarely emails
First, before I registered they just instructed me to deliver my shopping list to them
