As stated to the customer: The problem is the following: *** allows many merchants to collaborate information on the listingTherefore any one merchant has the capability to alter the listing at any time. We were attempting to sell individual cans of Fancy Feast
Flaked Fish & Shrmp Feast Canned Cat Food oz and pretty much everything in the listing points to an individual can however the title was changed to state a ct case by other merchants selling the same item. Now anyone who has ever purchased cat food knows you can not purchase a case of Fancy Feast Flaked Fish & Shrmp Feast Canned Cat Food oz for $0.89. This was clearly a mistake that was out of our controlFurthermore we do not even have cases of this product in stock to fulfill the orderWe immediately refunded the full purchase price
Even *** themselves do not guarantee the prices as indicated on their privacy statement:

Review: Purchased the product and was shown in-stock from [redacted]. I received an email saying the item shipped. Shortly after, I received an email saying the item was out of stock and my purchase price had been refunded. Zero contact from the seller for a later ship date. The item was 10 cases of 3 oz cat food. There were 15 showing in stock. I've contacted the seller via email twice. They are stating the the price was advertised in error and they are not liable. I paid the purchase price advertised, my card was charged, and now they refuse to honor the price. There are still 5 cases available online (with an increased price).Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor their advertised price. It is not my fault if the retailer now claims it's due to an error. USgrocer was very rude in their email reply and would not provide any names or contact information.

Review: The company failed to send a $1.57 item from June [redacted]'s order.Desired Settlement: Refund $1.57.

Review: On May [redacted], I placed an order with US Grocer online (Invoice #[redacted]). Upon receipt of the order approximately half the items were not included and I was charged for an item not included in the box. Additionally, I did not receive an advertised discount. The discount was the only reason I placed the order.

I contacted US Grocer twice; they have not contacted me. I feel they think there is nothing I can do about it and I should just take

the loss.

The address indicated online is: [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the item not included in the box; however, indicated on their invoice and charged . I have already re-ordered missing items (not charged) from another store.
