He was also the only one who gave me a detailed written quote, right down to replacing existing skylights and fascia boards The crew showed up on time every day, cleaned up the work site daily and worked diligently all day to get the job done in the promised amount of time
Today Dec I noticed a wet spot on my living room ceiling I texted *** and he called me right away Within an hour he was at my home with an installer As it turned out, it was not the roof that was leaking but the old roof stack for our propane fireplace The seal on the actual stack was allowing water in In spite of the fact that it wasn't a problem with the roof itself, *** got on the roof and made sure he got the leaking stopped until I can have the stack replaced or removed NO CHARGE! Such GREAT customer service I highly recommend ***, *** and their very professional team for all your roofing needs

I could not possibly say enough good things about Usher Roofing I requested a detailed quote from four roofing companies The representative from Usher was the most professional of the group He did go up on the roof and spend quite some time there, detailing what was in need of repair I hired Usher and couldn't have asked for a better, more honest group Their attention to detail was incredible and they kept me "in the loop" as to what they were doing Every day the driveway was checked for nails and when the whole job was done, a cletook place in my yard, front and back for any scraps left behind Their price was right in line with what I expected and they did not demand a big deposit the instant the shingles were delivered to my driveway, unlike one of the other companies Usher asked for no deposit at all I trusted them to do a good job and they exceeded my expectations by far I would gladly recommend these people to anyone
