Review: I have sent 7 lbs package to China and the contents of the package were a designer bag which is in the gift bag sealed,an umbrella,a soap and some skin samples. However when it arrived to consignee, the package was only 1.5kgs which equals to 3.3 lbs, the designer bag was missing and you can tell someone has been repacking this box.I have requested the shipping company to give me a reason what happened for a package when I sent it was 7 lbs, however when it arrived final destination it was only about 3 lbs, they told me it was stolen however they only want to pay me $50 for my loss. The designer bag is Tory Burch bag that is $550. I do not understand they were stealing stuff why the customer needs to take most of the loss.Desired Settlement: I need a full refund of merchandise value of my bag $550 and what I have paid for shipping that is $52, total is $602.
