USHP's records reflect the home is a pre-owned home and therefore repair coverage begins on the Effective Date. The Claim Reporting procedure outlines that the homeowner is to contact a reputable repairing facility in the area of the home to arrange repair service. The Repairer must contact USHP PRIOR to starting any repairs and provide diagnosis of problem, estimate of repair costs and Agreement #. With respect to access, diagnosis, and repair or replacement in no event shall USHP be liable for any claims in excess of the $1500 in aggregate for any Cooling or Heating System. In addition, there is a 5200 deductible.On March 10, 2016 and on May 27, 2016 coverage and the claim reporting process was explained to the homeowner. USHP has not been contacted by the Repairer providing USHP with the required information.
