Ms. [redacted],I, Justin [redacted] the owner of Advantage Tent & Party Rental spoke to a customer service representative on Monday afternoon in response to a letter we received in Monday's mail.We were contracted for the June 4th tent wedding of [redacted] for delivery to [redacted]...

[redacted]. There were no issues with the delivery.After the pickup the following week at the [redacted] address my Office Manager Mary Jo [redacted] received a call from [redacted]. He indicated that apparently during the pickup of our equipment he felt our truck had attempted to turn around in his yard leaving a rut and spraying gravel. Mary Jo passed along his phone number to me as I was out of the office when the call came in. I returned his call that afternoon, leaving a message but did not receive a return call. I do see on the letter that Mr. [redacted] states that he spoke to the office on June 5" which is a Sunday when we are not in the office. He also indicated that he called a second and third time. Mary Jo and I are the only two people who answer the office lines and neither she nor I received a call beyond the initial phone call.I did speak to the driver who picked up the equipment. He tells me there were ruts alongside the drive when they arrived. He did admit that in turning around he was stuck and did have to accelerate in order to move forward. Any spraying of gravel was unintentional. It is somewhat standard practice for our trucks during delivery and/or pickup to have to drive on grass although we try to avoid that if the ground is unusually soft.As mentioned I did leave a message for Mr. [redacted] the day he called with the intention of asking how he would like for me remedy this situation. Again I did not receive a return call. I assumed that he perhaps did not feel it necessary to pursue the issue.I am sorry that Mr. [redacted] felt it necessary to involve the Revdex.com. If he had returned my call I would have been happy to try to work something out with him.
