Property has not been kept up in the slightestThe house is older so as it expected it has holes, and gaps near the foundation This has led to a persistent mice infestation that has not been remediedThe problem is bad enough that a $sealing Terminix service is necessaryTraps and bait (all at my cost of course) are not cutting itAlong with this we've had issues with electrical outlets, rattling noise in furnace, front door lock jams so keys break off in door, broken screens, window not opening...the list could go on The items that have been repaired over the years have only been fixed after several phone calls and emails over long periods (sometimes weeks and months at a time) We're good, cleanly renters We pay our rent on time and keep the property up We've been reasonable in what we ask for: a safe, and sanitary living environment USI has not provided thisIn addition, we've been treated in a rude in condescending manner We've reported the issue to the health department and we are leaving ASAP
Please do not rent a property from this company. They do not respond to any work orders you have to contact them to many times to get something very important as far as a leak fixed . Also when it's a emergency they do not come out until the next business day. I've contacted them multiple times to get soemthing fixed and still nothing and it's going on a month.
