We do not advocate in any way on behalf of customers who have purchased documents from us.  This is made very clear on all our purchase agreements and website.  [redacted] purchased legal documents from us but never provided the items/information needed to adequately complete her documents.  After repeatedly requesting this information we finally completed the documents (per our contract) using the information which was provided.  We then delivered the work product and closed our file.  In an attempt to further assist [redacted] we also put her in touch with a local attorney as we are unable to give legal advice.

Review: I originally contacted this company for help with my mortgage to avoid foreclosure. They told me their services would cost $1750.00 with $875.00 needed up front. I mailed in a check for the $875.00 in May 2014. Long story short I ended up working with my mortgage companies loss mitigation group to get approved for a program to avoid foreclosure. When I knew I would not be needing the help of USLDH I called right away to let them know their services were no longer needed and asked what I needed to do to get a refund for my $875. On June 3rd I spoke with a [redacted] to let her know that the services were not needed and to cancel the financial review I had scheduled for June 4th. She told me she would forward the information to the correct dept and someone would get back to me. On June 4th I spoke to someone in the "processing" dept by the name of [redacted] whom informed me that he would get my refund processed and it would take about 30 days to process. So At the beginning of July I called back to make sure it was being processed. He told me yes that it was and I should expect to receive the refund sometime the week of July 7-11th. Obviously I never received it that week. So on Monday the 14th I called him back to ask about it and asked him to find out if it had been processed yet and for what amount and when it would be mailed out. He told me that he would have to look at my file and he would get back to me. Well it is now Friday July 18th and I still have yet to hear back from him. I have called several times this week trying to touch base and find out whats going on and have not gotten an answer. I paid for legal services to be rendered that were not and I am entitled to my money back since they did not have to provide the service I paid for. I sdon't like feeling like I am being avoided and given the run around.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is to get my refund of $875 like I was told I would receive. I shouldn't have to pay for services I never used. I would like to know when I will get it and I expect it ASAP since it has been well over 30 days. I would like to not get the run around from the company. This company deals with legal documents and procedures and I would think that they would be more professional. If they had no intention of giving me a refund they should have never expressed that I would get one and they should have made me sign something saying that no matter what happens the services are non-refundable.

Review: On March 28, 2014 I spoke with Case Manager, [redacted] Darling about getting a modification on my home and was approved with an approval number [redacted] with the documents scheduled to be received 04/11/2014. The approval consisted of receiving a modification to lower my mortgage payments and to be able to put the payments I was behind at the end of my loan. I paid two payments of $875.00 to a Bank of America account and nothing has been done. Each time I tried to contact someone I got different people, unanswered emails and phone calls. Received finished documents to send to mortgage company in July 2014. Mortgage company, [redacted] continuelly requested the same information that was signed and sent to them. Finally, the mortgafe company denied the modification request and USLDH shutdown. My Mother passed away April 9, 2014 and I had a total knee replacement surgery 06/27/2014. I had loss of income due not having tenants for over a year and still recovering from surgeryDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $1750.00; letter of apology, and the modification on my home.

Review: I contacted these people for a loan modification after my daughter heard the commercial in hopes of saving my home. They told me that they could help me and that the service would be a 1,000 to start the process of loan modification with the bank. I sent them a money order with the payment and have tried to contact them since with no luck. I have left messages and have not received any call backs.Desired Settlement: I would like my 1,000 payment back because they misrepresented their information and are not able to help me.
