[redacted] told me he would try to reduce the amount that the card service wanted by one half and he did. He set up a payment plan that I was able to deal with. I did have to spend an evening gathering my expenses and balances owed but it was well worth the effort. I did what he asked me to do and he delivered what he said he would.
