I am in receipt of complaint #[redacted] from your office, and respond as follows, firstly in brief summary:
 
1. The party writing this review didn't stay at...

2. The party writing the review had tried to cancel the room in violation of our 72 hour policy, and then
decided to keep it once she was informed there would be a charge.
 
3. The situation involved 9 intoxicated people showing up by the shuttle after wedding event late at
night. 6 people went into a room reserved for two, and by admission of the parting writing the review, three
stayed in the room that night (in violation of policy), but it was actually four people who stayed in the room, as 5
were picked up later in the night, and I saw 4 exit the next morning.
 
4. There was damage done to the room, vomit on bed, carpet, and bathroom floor (note party writing
complaint admits knowledge someone vomited), and four people stayed there. Minimum incidental fee is $50.
Each extra person is $10. Those numbers are before tax and credit card fee, so total fee was $75.00.
 
5. I dispute our efforts calling people for some answers to be categorized as harassment.
 
6. I consider myself the victim of this situation, and this was a terrible evening of wild behavior that
