they have innumerable unethical hooks in their contract and their business model is unethical. Contract where you have a short limited period to notify them of discontinuation or another year rolls automatically. They supply you with inexpensive computer attached readers that are likely not even useable in the credit card with chip era and yet they charge $250 for the readers, which are now worth nothing, if not returned. Money grubbing operation..
Review: I was contacted by USPAY and was offered to use them for credit card processing. I told them that I was using SQUARE, which charges me a flat fee of 2.5% with no other fees. They claimed that their cost was lower and that I will save by switching to them. They quoted me the cost of 0.99% for credit card processing with no other fees.
However, after I processed several charges through them for the total amount of $373.20 they deposited in my account the amount of $319.49.
The difference of $53.71 is 14.39% of the amount processed. I called them to explain that the amount they deducted from the funds that they processed was far greater than the claimed 0.99% that they promised, and is far more than what I was paying with SQUARE, my previous credit card processing company. Their representative's response was there were pass-through charges and they did not know how SQUARE would not charge these fees..Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund equal to the difference between the fees that they promised and what what they actually collected, which is $50.

USPAY explained to me that some of the deposits were not accounted for at the time when I made my calculation, because they arrived a couple of days later.
They also offered to adjust the monthly fees and I was satisfied with their response.
I would therefore withdraw my complaints against USPAY.
