Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolvedThe information shared is not entirely factual or correctI did not contact or seek security solution from US soft works ? The screen immediately was present upon the attempt to open my browser and does not read US soft works or securityIt implies it is a message from AppleThey stated do not open browsers or download anything as bad things will occur and they are controlling my computer from their sideAfter they say the problem is fixed they say there is a technician fee of Then offer security for 1-yearsIt is difficult to understand the English spoken of technician? I returned the phone call and have since received a refundApple said they do not support or back USSoft works .? Sincerely, [redacted] ?

Reference to complaint number [redacted] :Customer contacted US Software Solutions Inc stating that she was not able to use her browser and she was getting security Alert on his Mac US Software Solutions Inc is an Online Technical Support Company not affiliated to any brand and we are a paid support.When the customer contacted us she was clearly informed that we are a paid support and if she would want support then there will be a charge of $which will include fixation charge and Security for Year (Security and support is optional which customer can take or deny)Customer agreed and made the paymentCustomer is referring to E-Docu sign which is done after the work is completed and customer confirms on call issue resolved.On the E-Docu which is attached for reference it’s clearly mentioned we are not affiliated to any brand until specified and how she can ask for cancellation is also mentioned along with the contact numberEverything was made clear to the customer and the E-Docu was done from her own IP address.If the customer was looking for a refund she has our contact details where she can contact and ask for refund In conclusion it was not a fraudulent charge customer was aware why she paid and to who shepaid and for what servicesCustomer always had the option to deny for the services which shenever did neither she ever requested.We do not share our customer details with any third party and if customer is concerned that wehave hacked into her computer as apple stated it’s a accusation we do not practice it.Since customer does not wish to continue with the services Order has been cancelled and refundhas been initiated as of

Reference to complaint number [redacted] Customer contacted US Software solutions on 022016.In response to the customer complaint that we misled him to believe that we are [redacted] is baselessCustomer was fully made aware that he was dealing with a third party and a paid SupportAttached is the proof wherein he has signed acknowledging the fact that we are a third party.We use online marketing techniques like search engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to do Business as which is very Legit as it is been done on Google and Bing AccountsFor the Said amount of $he not only paid for Norton anti-virus but for A-Block Plus which has been installed on his computer browser and that security is fixed for Years “ [redacted] ? “This was not a free Software that was installed and customer is be aware about it.After the work was completed customer confirmed his satisfaction too by signing an E-Docu to confirm that he has received the services deliveredProof has been attached.If customer wanted Refund he could have easily contacted us as he was given all our Toll Free Number and same was E-Mailed to himCustomer was made aware about the refund Policy which is on our website too and he has used our services for the last MonthsCustomer is aware that he does not qualify for any Refund as per the company policy.?

In response to the customer questions: “The business stated that an agreement form was sent to the customer's e-mailThis is not percent accurate because I only received e-mails from the business after the transaction -- in other words I was not provided with a written contract or agreement prior to work being done.”On the previous response we did not mention that an agreement form was E-Mailed to the customerWe have mentioned an Invoice was sent to the customer E-Mail to fill up the payment details where in we have attached an example of the InvoiceE-Docusign or proof of services delivered is only done after we have resolved the customer query else if the issue is not resolved or not fixable full refund is guaranteed.In Response to the second query:Also, if the company is not aligned with another software company and is totally independent, how did their number appear in the error message when I first encountered the problem? We have answered this question on the previous response: US Software Solutions Inc is an Online Technical Support Company and we use online marketing techniques like Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to do Business as it is been done on [redacted] and Bing Accounts.(So here if customer visits any restricted website and gets a security alert and dials the number on the alert customer might reach any Technical Support Company who uses the online marketing techniques like Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization to do Business )We do apologize for the inconvenience caused to the customer however we did try contacting him to resolve the Issue and as promised a full refund was also initiated
