I bought my clean pc software for my brand new computerI ran it once because I thought it was for clearing junk files from surfing onlineI ony use a handful of trusted sitesAfter I used it I started getting constant pop ups and my computer started crashing and running slowI called customer service and the man went onto my cpmputer to filesAnd he pointed out files he said were Trojan filesHe told me I would have to pay sixty dollars to get removedI told him my computer was brand new and I hadn't any problems at all unril I bought and used thisI demanded my money backThe man refunded me but told me if I didn't take my computer to someone to have them removed that my computer would end up useless in a short amount of timeAfter I hung up I looked up the files myself and they had beed downloaded the same date as the clean pc softwearAnd that was the only thing I ever dowloadedWithin a week my computer crashedThe only thing that happens when I turn it on is a blue screenThey scammed me and I lost my computerI think they do this to a lot of people and they do not know it because they have problems with the computer to begin withI will never order another product advertised on television againI have learned the hard way that just because a profuct is registered with the Revdex.com does not mean it is safe to order and not a scam

I purchased their promotional software for $and I was provided with one month of free "LiveTech Support"I called and asked the representative, ***, to kindly discontinue the LiveTech support as I will not need it [redacted] tried to persuade me to not cancel and once he finished reading his script to prevent me from cancelling, I informed him I am an I.Tprofessional and I will not need their supportHe states "Oh, is that so, we'll you do not have the skills that our techs have"I was shocked by his degrading remarks and insulting meThis is highly unprofessional and inappropriateI asked to speak to a supervisor, and he hung up on meI called the number back and received a different agentI asked her to transfer me to a supervisor, and she said "I'm not allowed"I've never been treated so bad as a consumer in my entire life and insulted by a vendor I am doing business with

NOT HAPPY! After a couple of calls, I eventually was CALLED BACK, the TECH couldn't solve IEissueUNABLE to open, run, nor save downloads; like the that USTECH uses \"ticket number\"/\"CONNECT SESSION\"The tech told me wipeout hard drive, and reinstall everythingOR take my PC to a LOCAL REPAIR SHOPREALLY??? Don't have restore, driver discsWHY PAY SO MUCH SERVICE JUST 2B told that HE CAN FIX while ON the PHONE with ME, BUT the tech said IT'S COMPLICATED, and that I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO HANDLE DOING SO, because IT'S RATHER "TECHNICAL" in nature - Nice, I get SCREWED :o(

I have used US Tech Support for over years and have always had excellent service from them

They called me and asked me to look at my computer. I asked, do you have control of my computer? They responded "no [redacted]" and hung up on me.
