These people are the worst! I am in the 4th week of a day project to upgrade my software They don;t respond to voice mail or emails, and simply put, they cannot get the job done Then, when they keep delaying, they blame us the customer for "changing the scope" for simple things like set up changes that should be no big deal They are the worst and I recommend you stay away!!
