This issue has been resolved and the customer has received a full refund.  On July 1st, UsTrendy launched a new website and it resulted in some delays in the order processing. However everything has been transitioned to the new site, our team is up and running on the new site  and...

We hope she gives us another chance and we are sure that her next experience with UsTrendy will be a positive one. Attached please find proof of the refund. UsTrendy operates an online marketplace where third party sellers ship the products. We always protect the customer in each transaction.

First off, we are very sorry to hear of this. We launched a new site and we experienced issues with the backend vendor log in portal where sellers on the UsTrendy website were not able to log into there accounts. This resulted in many vendors being unable to access their accounts during the period...

Here is the old link that used to exist for [redacted] store and it is an error page that redirects to homepage:[redacted] This validates that store has been removed. We apologize again for any inconvenience that occurred during this period where vendors were unable to access their stores. We are doing everything we can to best serve our vendors on UsTrendy. We appreciate the feedback and hope we can serve you better in future if you decide to rejoin UsTrendy as a vendor.
