Hello, I filed a complaint regarding an outstanding refund with U.STV RepairThe complaint ID is: [redacted] I want to notify you that the company contacted me this afternoonThis issue is not resolvedHowever, I wanted to document the correspondence for your records [redacted] called me this afternoon (2/**) and said he would hand me the outstanding refund in personI told him this was not an acceptable method of delivery based on my experience with his services and I prefer the check be sent by mailI again requested he mail me the refund check to the address I provided I am not comfortable with a personal visit by him or any employee of this companyFurther, the reason the service was not completed originally was due to the service members not being able to uphold an appointment time and resulted in them canceling service on me and extending the refundTherefore, I do not trust he would uphold an agreement of a personal delivery as his appointment promises are no longer credible I will wait for further updates/resolution from the Revdex.com, and will keep the Revdex.com informed of any further communicationsPlease let me know if you have any questions Thank you, [redacted]
