Hello,
I filed a complaint regarding an outstanding refund with U.STV RepairThe complaint ID is: ***
I want to notify you that the company contacted me this afternoonThis issue is not resolvedHowever, I wanted to document the correspondence for your records.
*** *** called me this afternoon (2/**) and said he would hand me the outstanding refund in personI told him this was not an acceptable method of delivery based on my experience with his services and I prefer the check be sent by mailI again requested he mail me the refund check to the address I provided
I am not comfortable with a personal visit by him or any employee of this company. Further, the reason the service was not completed originally was due to the service members not being able to uphold an appointment time and resulted in them canceling service on me and extending the refundTherefore, I do not trust he would uphold an agreement of a personal delivery as his appointment promises are no longer credible.
I will wait for further updates/resolution from the Revdex.com, and will keep the Revdex.com informed of any further communicationsPlease let me know if you have any questions
Thank you,

Hello,   I filed a complaint...

regarding an outstanding refund with U.S. TV Repair. The complaint ID is: [redacted].   I want to notify you that the company contacted me this afternoon. This issue is not resolved. Review: I contacted US TV repair on 2/**/14 to repair a flat screen. He came to my apt stating that a 60.00 fee would be charged and then applied to the balance if it could be repaired. I paid that amount on my credit card. He came and assessed it and said he ordered the pieces. He came with it and it still didn't work. He said he needed another piece. I paid him 150 dollars and told him he needed to repair it because we were getting transferred out of state. He never came back and claims to have sent that 150 to our temporary address which never arrived. I got the tv repaired elsewhere all within 15 minutes. I want the full amount returned now. He has not tried to return the funds only texting saying he will western union. With no further effort being made. Totally disgusted he was quick to ask for the cash upfront. Stating that we would speed up the process instead of check or credit.Desired Settlement: I just want the full amount returned. $210.00. There was a 40 balance supposed to be given upon completion which never happened.

Great service. Arrived on time and relocated the power board in my Television. Job well done and I will use again

Review: On 10/**/14, an employee of US TV Repairs Inc. visited my home for a service repair. I paid $80 for the television to be assessed in agreement that the company would return with the part needed to complete the repair service. On 11/*/14, the employee confirmed the arrival of the part ordered and a follow-up appointment was scheduled. The company cancelled the follow-up appointment to complete the repair multiple times. On 11/**/14, I was told when another appointment that day was cancelled, that the company would not be completing the repair and that they would refund the $80 service fee. When I did not receive the refund check in the mail, I contacted the company again on 12/**/14 and they confirmed I would receive the check within two weeks. I never received a refund from the company.Desired Settlement: The company needs to uphold their agreement due to their cancellation and refund me the $80.
