The accounts were created on different dates and both users accepted our Terms of Service agreement which states that a subscription will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel on or before the renewal date and that you may cancel within 30 days of signing up to receive a full money back. The customer [redacted] emailed our customer support on January 2017 inquiring about the double account and requesting a cancellation. We canceled 1 of the accounts, the one under her name and email [redacted] as per her request. No further billing was processed after that date.
