SUBJECT: Complaint ID # [redacted] Dear Mrs [redacted] I am writing to respond to the aforementioned complaint, ID # [redacted] .Complainant indicates that she is being treated unfairly and disrespected by the employees of USX Federal Credit Union.Complainant was delinquent on a vehicle loan at the time of the complaint and has been habitually delinquent on loans with the credit unionShe has always been treated professionally and with respectUSX Federal Credit Union has pages of documented conversations with the complainant dating back to Many of the documented conversations demonstrate abusive behavior and language toward our employees.Complainant has severely limited our ability to discuss the loan with her as she has requested that no one from the Credit Union contact her via the telephoneA request that we have honoredThe complainant did contact USX on January 5th, as stated in the complaintHer only option was thoroughly explained to her multiple times by our AVP of Lending and she did not want to accept the option given to herComplainant wanted to set up a payment plan on the loan but she was not eligible due to her level of delinquency.I also spoke to the complainant on January 5th, and explained to the member that the option given to her by our AYP of Lending was her only optionComplainant continued to discuss other options when there was none availableShe then informed me that she was recording the phone conversationI then told her I was ending the call because she did not request my permission to record the conversationI then ended the call.I can provide documentation for the above statements at your request, should you require this information.The complainant has since paid the loan currentShould the complainant become delinquent on the loan again, all USX Federal Credit Union policies and procedures, as well as all state and federal guidelines will be followed with regards to any additional collection action.USX Federal Credit Union strives to do what is best for the member in front of us, all of the current members of the credit union, and all of the future members of the credit union Habitual delinquencies affect all members of the credit union in the form of higher fees, higher interest rates, and decreased loyalty rewards to our thousands of members in good standingIt is the duty of credit union employees to work all delinquent accounts diligentlyThis will ensure that our members in good standing continue to receive all of the outstanding benefits that membership in USX Federal Credit Union has to offer.Should you need have any questions or need to discuss this matter further, please contact me at ###-###-####Sincerely,David C [redacted] Vice President/LendingUSX Federal Credit UnionCc: Dave A [redacted] , President/CEO [redacted] , A VP Lending

SUBJECT: Complaint ID # ***Dear MrsPalmer Edwards,I am writing to respond to the aforementioned complaint, ID #***.Complainant’s vehicle was repossessed and he seeks to settle the issue in a professional mannerHe indicates that he feels that there are discrepancies in his account and

Union to contact the state of [redacted] to obtain his vehicle title.All funds utilized from the complainant’s business account were done so with his written permission via email, or in accordance with the terms of the Loan and Security Agreements and Disclosure Statement executed by the complainant on 10/06/2015. This agreement states “ For all borrowers: You pledge as security for this loan all shares and dividends and, if any, all deposits and interest in all joint and individual accounts you have with the credit union now and in the future. The statutory lien and/or your pledge will allow us to apply the funds in your account(s) to what you owe when you are in default.”USX Federal Credit Union has attempted to assist complainant with obtaining a copy of the vehicle title. The reason we have been unsuccessful in obtaining the title copy is due to the fact that the complainant transferred the ownership of the vehicle from his personal ownership into the name of his business. This has caused the title to be held in suspense as the state of Minnesota correctly views this as a transfer of ownership and is requiring that the sales tax be paid on the title transfer.Furthermore, the complainant has violated the terms of the Loan and Security Agreements and Disclosure Statement executed by the complainant on 10/06/2015 which states “You promise not to sell or lease the property or to use it as security for a loan with another creditor until the loan is repaid. You promise you will allow no other security interest or lien to attach to the property either by your actions or by operation of the law.”I can provide documentation for the above statements at your request, should you require this information.USX Federal Credit Union strives to do what is best for the member in front of us, all of the current members of the credit union, and all of the future members of the credit union.
