This company is part of the biggest scam I have ever been part of. I went to a POS doctor (Dr. Sondrup) that was so incomitant his office couldn't figure out how to send a bill much less call to say there was a balance due. They sent my bill to these lying jerks to do the collecting. Keep in mind I have perfect credit and pay my bills! My charter is impeccable when it comes to paying my bills.
My first thought was to hire an attorney for defamation of character but the jerk in this office said if I paid my bill in full (which was always my intention) and the ricidous fee within 5 days they would contact the credit bureau and back this out.
It was a lie and they are jerks. Need to decide if they are worth the attorney fees...
