I am rejecting this response because:When I closed my account with utah first, nobody informed me that I needed to cancel my bill payI've always done everything through utah first, and was never made aware that bill pay was a third partyThey should have informed me that bill pay was a third party and that I needed to cancel with them separately, but since they did not, another payment went through and now I am in a financially outrageous situationIf I would have known when I closed my utah first account that I had to cancel bill pay separately then we all could have avoided all of this

The $deposit to *** *** *** was originated as a BillPay item from Mr***'s account at Utah First Credit Union This $was a paper generated check that was done monthly at the request of Mr*** and sent to *** from his Utah First account After this check was
deposited into Mr***'s account at ***, the check was presented to Utah First for payment, which was returned and not paid due to insufficient funds as the account was closed The deposited funds and returned check are a result of a BillPay request that was not terminated when Mr*** closed his accountUtah First does not owe Mr*** the funds claimed as they were intended to be generated from his own account, which had been subsequently closed
