I've reviewed our billing system and see that ***'s credit card information is no longer in the system and no future billings will occurI will also call [redacted] to make sure we resolve any additional issues

Sorry for any inconvience you had with our companyAfter looking at the notes on the account we made several exceptions to our company policies to accommodate the [redacted] We normally collect a 50% deposit to get on the schedule and as an exception we collected a $depositOur installer came out to repair the job and he came back saying the customer did not want me to do the jobSo we rescheduled the job again for days later and the customer then canceled the jobThere is a lot of work that gors into not only preparing the job but also sending an installer out to a customer homeWe dont expect our installer to work for free so when they are turned away we have to charge a cancelation feeAs a company we give Free Estimates however when a customer cancels the job they agreed to we do charge a cancelation feeTypically it's a minimum of $and in this case we made another exception at only charge $We do warranty all of our work and would have been happy to send another installer out to make sure the job was completed to their satisfaction

I’m really sorry about your experience we do warranty all the work that we do so if you’re not happy with the work our installer did we would be happy to have them come back and fix itIf you would like to address this further and get on our schedule for an installer to come back out please contact Heber our project manager at 801-895-option and he will do what he can to ensure we fix this problem

I am rejecting this response because: 1) Licence attached is for Utah Flooring not for contractors that were on siteI'm requesting Utah Flooring provide current licenses for contractors at the time they performed work at my homeContractors include, but not limited too: Kimball (demolition and contract work), Gilbert (Carpet installation and moving furniture), Steve (flooring install), Kasisa (carpet installation and general ., Danny (baseboard installation), Chris (scheduled to repair baseboards and door casing)

out to repair the job and he came back saying the customer did not want me to do the job. So we rescheduled the job again for 3 days later and the customer then canceled the job. There is a lot of work that gors into not only preparing the job but also sending an installer out to a customer home. We dont expect our installer to work for free so when they are turned away we have to charge a cancelation fee. As a company we give Free Estimates however when a customer cancels the job they agreed to we do charge a cancelation fee. Typically it's a minimum of $99 and in this case we made another exception at only charge $50. We do warranty all of our work and would have been happy to send another installer out to make sure the job was completed to their satisfaction.

We have purchased the product to repair [redacted]'s stairs some time ago. We have offered on several occasions to come out and repair the issues. She has declined on several occasions. We will maintainthe product for her repair and wait for her to contact us again. Our number is 801-895-2115.

We spoke to him and he was scheduled with one of our installer. The owner and project manager was trying to call and reach out to him few days ago for the schedule but it went to voicemail. He was re-scheduled on Monday Dec 11 with our project manager. Please keep his phone line on.

This so called professional company cut the depth of all my stairs and was told by an inspection specialist that no professional would have never put that kind of flooring on stairs let alone cut them shorter, so my tenants have to step sideways on the stairs...

because half there foot hangs off now, they completely ruined each and every step.So sure, if they go in and rebuild my staircase and put back the carpet they removed just to make a buck I might consider it.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution doesn't really address all of the problems,  but we have agreed to just be done.  There is no point in calling Heber.  He doesn't respond, plus with the time elapsed, I've already paid to clean their mess.  Just glad to be done with Utah Flooring.

We are sorry to see any of our customers experience this type of frustration.  We did experience some scheduling issues on our end and did everything possible to make the appointments work.  When we first bid the job, the customer had not done any demo. Unfortunately after his demolition...

we discovered that due to his methods of removal it had increased our work, materials and time required to complete what he required. We needed to increase the price and create a new bid. He did not want to do this and preferred to cancel and go with another company. In our service agreement we require a fee of $199 to be maintained in situations like these. I've communicated with the customer and agreed to refund $316. He has accepted this outcome. The refund will be issued on our end today and should appear back into his account in 5 to 10 business days. Please let me know if there are any other questions.

We do have a license as a contractor as I attached including our response. Every week we make sure that all our staff licenses are up to date so that if ever we had a complaint like this we can show it. If she have further concern she can contact Heber our project manager (801) 895-2115 option 2 he will do what he can to ensure we fix this problem. (Please see attachment)
