I recently realized on my bill I have been charged for five receivers from directvI only have four receivers and have had that many for the last four years I have been charged an extra $dollars per month for over four yearsI contacted directv and told them the issueThey stated since I did not contact them sooner I was only entitled to month creditThey informed me it was my fault I never saw the billing problem earlierHe said that it was clear I was charged for five receivers I told him the bill is not that clear cut it has lines of different chargesI told him you overcharged me for services I never received and he replied I was only entitled to months creditThis was a supervisor I spoke to after being on the phone for an hour and speaking to four different people

Direct tv told me they were going to give me a promo deal never did told me they were going to call me back never didAnd the problem has still not been fixedBad customer service

Direct TV isn't honoring their advertised price or contract , billing for movies not ordered and won't let me out of contract
