Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Supra is a large corporation and charges members every month on time for the payments which are due to Supra. How can a refund take 8 weeks in a modern day word and Supra has all the modern technology to facilitate a quicker refund, but wants to hold on to agent money as long as possible.
This is not acceptable and very poor management practices on the part of Supra. Very disappointed and please ask them to send me a refund and please stop giving excuse.Sincerely,[redacted]
According to our phone records, the direction provided to the customer was correct and consistent. I requested that a prorated refund of the paid system fee be refunded to the customer. The refund process will take approximately six weeks.
