I am rejecting this response because:The Ute Conference did not have enough players to field a teamThis was not the coaches responsibilityThe Ute Conference did not give parents options for what they could do, whether to play on a different team or play up until after practicesthe Ute Conference is also to blame for not having enough kids because they allowed some kids to play up even after only practice however they did not tell the remaining parents that this was an optionplayers left this way and the Ute Conference allowed itAlso the Ute Conference created a younger age group that took many kids away who might have played on this age groupNo where in the Ute Conference by laws does it state what they will do when there aren't enough players to field a team. I believe the Ute Conference is being unreasonable by not allowing a refund in this situation when clearly it is in their power to do so

We have 30 days to issue a refund.  We tried to issue a refund earlier, but had troubles with the Hunter terminal cc machine (it had to be replaced).  This parent is upset because we told her that we would issue a refund on 9/2/2015.  Then she threatened legal action.  We will...

process the refund on 9/2/2015 as promised.  It is not our intention to keep her money.We have to get 8000 players playing football.  That amounts to 2100 football games a season and the scheduling is very challenging.  Once that is completed and we can assign 350 referees to the officiate the games we will refund her money.  I apologize that the machine had to be replaced or the refund would have been taken care of.  It is frustrating when parents sign their players up to play and then become demanding when they chose not to participate.  Some of the complaints emails were extremely rude and condescending to the volunteers of this organization.Again, the Ute Conference will contact this lady and refund the money on 9/2/2015 as promised.Jeff G[redacted]Ute Conference

The Ute Conference has a no refund policy.  Once a player walks onto the field we have costs incurred along with a responsibility to insure this player in case of injury. This player participated in practices.The father states that there was not an acceptable team for his son.  The father...

was a major reason for not fielding an acceptable team, as he elected to not fulfill his commitment to coach the team limiting a number players to play for Cottonwood.    The Ute Conference bylaws allow him to play for an adjacent district.  It was setup with the Hillcrest district to accommodate this player.Father is upset because we have a refund policy and therefore attempting to disparage our organization by coming to the Revdex.com.  Here is our refund policy which he accepted at the time of registration.  Ute Conference Refund Policy-  NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON OR AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE / TRYOUTS - NO EXCEPTIONS Tryouts for team placement are considered Practice. Refunds will only be issued after all equipment has been returned to the district. Subject to $25.00 Administrative fee on refunds. All refunds require an Authorized District Official to submit “Request for Refund Authorization Form”
