This is to inform you that [redacted] came in for oil change and technician told him that you need a transmission flush (didnt force) ,customer agreed and they did the service on the car. The next day...

customer came back saying that you broke my transmission cause the car break down in the middle of the road.Only thing my tech. did on the car was oil change and trans.service and check all the fluids,nothing to do with us changing the fluid in the transmission,may be customer hit something on the road cause transmission casing was broken.All my guy did was change the trans.oil and engine oil.If you need any additional info on this case please contact me @ ###-###-#### thanks mgmnt.

Review: I went in for a standard oil change for my black Nissan Altima. One of the employee told me I need to get a transmission flush even the fact my car have high mileage of 159,000. A day after the job the cars transmission broke down and I was stuck in the middle of the road. I brought it back to same place to get an explaination. Basically they're trying to put the blame on me and claim "I ran over something" and asking for $1,200 to repair. The same employee that did the transmission flush is trying to buy the car from me which I think is fishy. The manager doesn't care because he don't want to lose money. I just want me car fix & apology.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix the transmission so I can have my car back.
