This is the owner of Sparkle Clean Ann JacksonI gave *** *** an estimate of 3-hours at per hourI told her if we needed to go over the estoimated time we would tell her before going over***a got to their home at 7:this morning so I don't see how she could of done a house
earlier which she didn'tI never talked to ***'s husband until today***a told the ***'s that she would need longer than the hoursThey were not willing to pay moreMr*** called our office and immediately started screaming in to the phone that ***a was slowHe said it should only take hoursThe place was only square feet, bedroom bathIt was extremely dirty***a had to wash blinds, dishwasher, stove, oven, hood and fan, cobwebs, baseboards, light fixtures, cabinets in and out that were caked with grease, bathrooms, mop floors, interior doors and door jamsThey wanted the windows in and out, tracks, screens and sills***a was not able to get to the windowsShe needed more timeI di not hang up on Mr***I told him I needed to go and call ***aMr*** threatened to come to my officeHe wanted to talk to the ownerI told him I was the ownerMr*** was so loud everyone in the office could hear himI believe he was trying to get out of payingMrs *** paid ***a when she started cryingWe will not give a refundWe were honest and forth right with our estimateI explained everything thoroughlyMrs*** told ***a she wished her husband would just shut upI believe he wanted it for freeHe obviously knows nothing about cleaningAlso the bathroom was extremely dirtyI was told it was not very dirtyWe can not go and look at the house firstI give the estimate based on the information at handThat is why it is an estimateI am very clear and thorough in explaining thisThe thing I find Ironic is I gave the estimate to ***He said my wife is passive and you will not get over on her while I am aroundI finally did hang upI couldn't handle being yelled at anymoreFelicia has been with us years.*** *** Thank you
