Review: On July [redacted] 2013 I went to the store to pay off my lay-away. They agreed to deliver 1 Queen size mattress and box-spring, 1 Full size mattress and box-spring , 1 Full size bedframe and 1 Queen size headboard. Everything was delivered except the full size boxspring which I was ok with because of the full size bedframe the boxspring isnt needed. I paid the delivery person 100 in cash for delivery and setting up the products. Once the Queen size mattress and boxspring was set up, We noticed that the boxspring is sqeaking once you sit on the bed. So the deliery guy informed me that I need a new boxspring which thats what I paid for. So he informed me to call the store in the morning and let them know that he said they need to exchange my boxspring. I called the store the next day, and relayed the message. The employee informed me that he will have to inform the manager of the situation because the manager is the one that will handle any exchanges. Since july [redacted] 2013 the manager has been giving me the run around. He doesnt return any of my calls, he dont answer his cell phone if he see my number, he dont answer the store phone if he see my number. So on August [redacted] 2013 I went to the store and spoke with the manager. I asked for hin to exchange my boxspring, he refused to exchange it, so I had to call 911, once the officers arrived, I briefed them on the situation. They then spoke with the manager [redacted] and immediately got upset with him because he didnt want to handle the situation in a positive manner. The officer asked the manager when can he deliver the new boxspring and he kept saying he dont know. So at this point , the officer told the manager to pick a day thats good for both of us, which was Sunday **, 2013 at 6pm and made him put it in writting. So the manager didnt get my boxsprng delivered on sunday. I called numerous times on sunday, and didnt get no answer all day, on Monday August **, 2013 I went back to the store and waited for the manager to show up, since the employee said he just left. Once the manager arrived, he saw that I was in the store and immediately called the employee to find out why I was there. The employee informed the manager that im here to talk to him. So now the manager gets out of his vehicle and asked me if I recieved the boxspring yesterday because he gave it to his driver along with my address. I told the manager that nobody came to my house with no boxspring. Once again the manager is giving me the run around so I called 911 again. The manager left the store, so by the time the officers arrived they had to deal with the employee. The officers advised me to look at his consumer complaint number and file a complaint. But once inside the store the officers noticed theres no complaint number displayed nor a license. The employee callled the manager on his cellphone and advised him that the officers want and need the complaint number. The manager then gave the officers the run around, so now these officers ask the manager what type of business is he running and advised the manager to pick a date and deliver my boxspring because ive been waiting for 3wks now. The manager is suppose to deliver the boxspring Wednesday August **, 2013, but I know that he's not gonna deliver it because [redacted] and the delivery person is gonna have to bring it to me without charging me.
