*** ***, Utility Expense Reduction records show that *** *** enrolled with Utility Expense Reduction November *** There is no record of the customer calling in to cancel her account with UERHowever *** *** did place a request with a new company to supply her electric and gas serviceThe new supplier never processed the order, and because of this there were no changes made to *** ***'s utility account*** *** understands that this was a mistake made by her new supplier and will withdraw the complaint filed against Utility Expense ReductionUtility Expense Reduction has returned the customer to the local utility

To Whom This May Concern,
 
[redacted] spoke to Kamari F[redacted] on 8-**-16 and 8-**-16. During that call Mr. F[redacted] asked if [redacted] would like to hear the TPV (Third Party Verification) that was used to confirm the enrollment with her husband [redacted]. [redacted] declined to listen to the TPV.
 
[redacted] was offered a one time credit for 79.17 which she accepted and considered this matter closed when asked by Mr. F[redacted] if UER had satisfied her concerns.

Recently enrolled on a fixed rate and my bill has went down dramatically. I am definitely seeing savings.

My mother in law enrolled in a 24 month fixed rate and has been very happy with the pricing they gave her, she said her bill went down considerably. Prior to being in with them she was with another ESCO and was paying a higher rate.

Lowered my bill with the fixed rate. The customer service supervisor was really nice.

The company is too expensive .They claim to reduce your energy bill with renewable energy but yet charge you a high price than what national grid charges. You call them several times to speak to a representative, they just keep on bring up excuses as to why they cannot connect you to the reps. Regardless I will find a way to drop you permanently .

Review: This company has been spam calling me at my work phone number. I have asked them several times to take me off their list because I am not interested in their services. They call me anywhere from 3-5 times a day everyday. I am very upset that they do not honor my wishes.Desired Settlement: Take my number off their list. It is ###-###-####

Review: The company I am complaining about is an energy supplier. I switched to a new energy supply company last year and several months after doing so they switched me back to their company without my consent paying a higher rate than what I was paying with the other company. I called [redacted] and [redacted] to make sure they were aware that I did not approve this change but the aforementioned companies processed the application anyway. Last week I received 2 letters from Utility Expense Reduction informing me once again that I will be switched back to them without my knowledge. I have called them to make them aware that I will be filing this complaint with the Revdex.com. I would like this agency to investigate the illegal practices conducted by the aforementioned utility company. I have never signed any documentation authorizing them supply my energy. My assumption is that someone stole my energy and gas bills from my mailbox and keep enrolling me without my knowledge and consent.Desired Settlement: I would like the energy company I am filing this complaint against to refund me the difference of the price I was paying before they switch me back to their company and what I was paying before. They are ripping me off charging me $13.98 when I was locked in with another company for $9.00 per kWh.

There is no record of the customer calling in to cancel her account with UER. However [redacted] did place a request with a new company to supply her electric and gas service. Utility Expense Reduction has returned the customer to the local utility.
