Utility Trailer Sales Of WA have been in business in this area since 1991, and as far as I know I havenot had any complaints filed with the Revdex.comWe are a small business and strive to keep every customer ashappy as possible, as that is how we as a company make a livingUnfortunately, in the service business, there are some customers that despite every effort; for example working overtime and not billing it,sending parts drivers around town to collect custom fabricated parts, etcetera, you cannot make themhappyThis appears to be that caseThis customer has tried in every way not to pay a bill he created inan effort to get obsolete unit up and runningIt is unfortunate this unit had layered issues that neededresolvedHowever, we did not create the condition of the unit nor did we maliciously treat it or himWewish him luck in the future and would love to have him back for future service to complete the repairson his unit, or a unit he may decide to purchase as a replacement for it

Everything they said it's a complete lie. When I took my unit there it was morning not afternoon and I can prove that. The rigmaster unit was starting and running just fine, it just wasn't cooling. All I asked them to do is check if there is a refrigerant leak  and that's all. I can not believe that this business is so desperate to make some money that they would completely fabricate a story and try to take advantage of a customer. I hope that the word spreads around about how dishonest this company is. For them to charge a customer for something that their mechanic did it's beyond comprehension .Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They are not telling the truth. Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This business is once again missing the point and trying to manipulate the facts in their favor. I have made my intentions very clear when I talked to their service writer over the phone and also in person that all I wanted was the system to be tested for leaks. The unit was running fine ,just wasn't cooling.  Their mechanic informed me that there are no leaks and that he pressure is holding fine and he showed me the gauges proving that.  He is the one that removed a valve and by doing that all the refrigerant leaked out into the air and he laughed about the big explosion ( caused bu the removal of that valve)with his colleagues when it happened. I have never authorized them to do any additional repairs other than the original testing. I have assumed that they were just trying to put it back together after he released all the refrigerant in the air. Instead they are trying to make me pay for their mechanics poor knowledge of the trade. What a profitable scam for this business, and then trying to say that  I am not wanting to pay the bill.  Truckers be aware. All the truckers and trucking business owners who work so hard for their money deserve better. Shifting the blame for their mechanic's mistake on the customer is dishonest and just wrong. Not only I will never take my equipment to this business ,but I will let everybody in the business that I know what they did to me, and how they are continuously misrepresenting the truth.
Sincerely,[redacted]

[redacted] called on the morning of 5/24/16. He stated he had a Rigmaster...

AuxilaryPower Unit. As we are familiar with this unit we informed the gentleman over the phone that we haveno technical information, no parts for this type of unit, and it would be billed at t ime and material. However, we said we would look at it in an attempt to help him if he understood those things andneeded he lp. He decided to bring it in that afternoon, and informed us he had purchased a receiverdrier(which would be necessary for refrigeration repairs}.
When the unit came in it would not even attempt to start. The t echnician found severa l openwires that he repaired in order to get the unit running. At that juncture, a leak was found on arefrigerant line. As stated we do not have any parts for this unit, we sent t he hose to a hose maker andhad one fabricated. Upon installation there were no additional leaks found. When the technician wasdisassembling the receiver-drier to change it, there was pressure trapped behind the drier. When thepressure switch was removed the pressure rel eased. The new drier was installed. The system wasevacuated and charged.
All repairs that were made were made with consent from the customer, after communicatingwhat was found. In an effort to assist the customer with his bill, as he seemed very anxious about thecost and time, we removed the overtime that was needed to finish the job, due to the delay of thedelivery of the hose. When the system was reassembled correctly it was found that there were moreissues, as we warned there may be. The customer declined further diagnostics or repairs.
