I am rejecting this response because:Their response is absolutely incorrect. My initial Facebook comments WERE professional, simple, and DEFINITELY without any "vulgar" language.It was not until they continuously deleted my comments, that were WARNING PEOPLE of their EAR DAMAGING products, that I started to get upset and DID indeed use "unnecessary" language.It was VERY CLEAR that they were trying to hide my experience with the product, because it causes damage to your ears. I've also noticed MANY other comments, without any vulgar language, ALSO warning people of the product, that ALSO got deleted. The only comments they left up were those tagging people so they could see the post, or something like "have to try these!". They also don't have ratings enabled - yet they are a "business." This is an IMMEDIATE red flag. They don't want people to have the ability to let others know of any "bad" experiences. They are PIECES OF PLASTIC that you are expected to use as a replacement for cleaning your ears with q-tips/cotton swabs..If they were a LEGITIMATE, PROFESSIONAL business, they would have reached out to me to offer a refund. Not try to hide the fact that their products are absolutely unacceptable and are clearly made to be a money-making-scam. These things should not EVER be sold, and people deserve to know the truth about them; so as to not damage their ears as well.

order and wasn't happy with the utip. At no time did the customer reach out to us to resolve this matter. We were unaware of this situation. Had we known, we would have been happy to refund his money, as well as, explained the value of following our instructions and disclaimer. We want all of our customers to have an excellent experience.    It was brought to our attention that this customer was using vile and vulgar language and being very unprofessional on our Facebook page. We have children viewing Facebook and do not tolerate profanity on our page, we are diligent in deleting comments of this nature. We deleted several of his inappropriate comments and after he continued to be persistent posting inappropriate comments we banned him from our page. Immediately following we received the attached email from [redacted].
