Customer Complaint JD [redacted] Business InformationUtopia Fitness [redacted] TX 76063Response to Complainant:Ms [redacted] entered a contract on 6/22/for a year membershipShe entered the contract with the previous owners with whom I purchased the business from in April Ms [redacted] contacted the gym prior to the expiration of her gym membershipIt was explained to Ms [redacted] that her contract was not expired and if she wanted to cancel it would be a $ancelation fee which is outlined in the copy I of her contract I have included with this letterMs [redacted] went into a rage intimidating the year employee on his 2nd day on the jobWhen he became flustered, he tried to put Ms [redacted] on hold while he contacted the managerHe did not put her on hold correctly and which disconnected the callThis further infuriated Ms [redacted] She has threatened and intimidated every single employee she has spoken with at the gym including the managerAfter the last phone call with Ms [redacted] , t authorized my manager to refund Ms [redacted] $on June I refunded Ms [redacted] payments for the two full months that I have owned the businessI want her abuse of my employees to cease and felt refunding her money was the best course of action in doing soMs [redacted] 's contract was canceled on the expiration date of 6/22/which again was outlined in her contract.If you have further questions, you may contact the gym

[redacted] contacted the gym prior to the expiration of her gym membership. It was explained to Ms. [redacted] that her contract was not expired and if she wanted to cancel it would be a $100 ancelation fee which is outlined in the copy I of her contract I have included with this letter. Ms. [redacted] went into a rage intimidating the 16 year employee on his 2nd day on the job. When he became flustered, he tried to put Ms. [redacted] on hold while he contacted the manager. He did not put her on hold correctly and which disconnected the call. This further infuriated Ms. [redacted]. She has threatened and intimidated every single employee she has spoken with at the gym including the manager. After the last phone call with Ms. [redacted], t authorized my manager to refund Ms. [redacted] $116 on June 2801 I refunded Ms. [redacted] payments for the two full months that I have owned the business. I want her abuse of my employees to cease and felt refunding her money was the best course of action in doing so.
