The complainant is stating that the district office has not applied her money orders correctly and that only the May 2015 payment is accounted for.On behalf of our company, I apologize for any miscommunications between the complainant, the District and Home offices. We always strive to satisfy our clients, once we are alerted to any situations that may have occurred.The insured has an account with three policies under family group number [redacted] with a monthly premium of $34.30. Policy numbers, [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] are all under this account listing the complainant as the payor. They are all paid to July 2015. We received return mail back on policy numbers [redacted] and [redacted] in 2009 when the insured requested the maximum policy loan on May 20, 2009 and a handling code was placed on the policies to avoid mailing to that address again. Please have the complainant call our call center at 1-800-777-8467 for assistance.According to our accounting records we applied a payment on May 28, 2015 in the amount of $34.30 which paid for May. We applied a payment of $34.30 on July 27, 2015 that was mailed to a lock box; however it paid for the month of June 2015 and not July. Our company does bank with [redacted] and may have been endorsed by them. All three policies are due for four months in the amount of $137.20 and after six months a formal reinstatement will be needed as well as the premiums owed.In order to further investigate or if the complainant still disagrees, please have her send a copy of the front and back of the money order and the money order trace. A copy of the money order shows that a money order was bought, however a copy of the traced money[redacted]order does show who cashed it and when. You may also provide copies of any Premium Receipt Booklets as proof of payment.I have provided a copy of the application for [redacted]; the policy accounting audit sheets, loan form, and letters mailed and check screen prints for your review and records. Why haven’t we got the policy yes they called and said they have one and I am laid up but there word is no good...
send the policy out as stated and the book out that I had sent in to the agent I am not just taking g there word that’s the same man that got nasty and said I called him a lier where is the book and policy I do t care what they say where the proof hello they the same o ex that said I did t have one it was canceled really peosteaking every day so what I am just supposed to take there word I don’t think so that lier said he had puttbe book In the mail over a M* T[redacted]
