Don't order from Utopia tools
Placed order for mxbon105 glue great product just picked the wrong company to order from. 3 wks no product credit card charged. Filled out 3 forms on line asking for refund and also called the customer service number left messages no call back. Save yourself don't order from Utopia Tools.

forced me to pay for day shipping It's been days and still haven't received my order, their customer service told me that just because you pay for day shipping there is no guarantee you'll get it

I finally got in contact with Utopia Tools customer service today and was told they have been moving and orders were not sent out because of this. They did apologize and said they would process the order as soon as possible. I am hopeful that I was mistaken about them, however, I feel they should have communicated about this issue rather than leave me in suspense. They did have my email address on file.

I ordered an item from this company on March 11, 2019. Received notice the item was shipped on March 12, 2019 and I would receive it on March18, 2019. I checked the tracking on March 13, 2019, the post office was waiting on item. Then I received notice I would receive the item March 25, 2019. On March 24, 2019 I checked the tracking and the post office was waiting on the item. I contacted Ebay where I ordered the item and notified them that I had not received my order and the post office was waiting for the item. Ebay then attempted to contact this company and there was no response. Ebay then informed me they would open a case and that they would give it until March 29 ,2019 and then act on the case in my behalf. On March 27, 2019 I wrote a letter to this company through Ebay's formal system of communication and I asked if I was going to get this item and I also asked them to give me a response and I gave them my email address. They did send a response on March 28, 2019 that said, "Thus shows shipped on our side. Let me check the details. If issue may have to reship." Again there was no other response on March 29, 2019 so I contacted Ebay and asked them to intervene. Ebay informed me they did not receive a valid tracking number from this company and refunded my money. In the mean time I had gone to this company's web page on March 24, 2019 and ordered some other items. On Wednesday, March 27 2019 I received an email from this company that said my order had been shipped. On March 29, 2019 I checked the tracking and the post office was waiting on the items. So today March 30, 2019, I went back on the company's web page and asked if I was going to get the items I paid for. I told them that Ebay refunded my money for the item I ordered on March 11, 2019 because there was no response from them. I then asked them if they were a legitimate company and why they say they have shipped items that were paid for but was not received at the post office. At this point the agent I was chatting with closed the chat and logged me off. I then logged back on and contacted the company and asked if I was going to get the items I paid for. On the contact page they said they would contact me. If they do not contact me later today I will cancel my charge to my credit card and contact the Federal Trade Commission and report them. I have never had this kind of problem from anyone else when I bought items on Ebay.

Review: Placed an order around a week ago. Got a conformation that order was relieved and billed to my credit card. Waited 5 days for 2 day shipping as was agreed to. Tried to call multiple times leaving multiple messages. Answering service was for a different company making me weary of fraud. No one answers the phones or calls back in response to messages. Finally answered one of the emails I sent but with no information about merchandise at all. Had to write back to ask for tracking information that was suppose to be done 4 days before. Today finally received notice that package finally arrived at shipping facility where the business is located. This means I agreed to 2 day shipping and 6 days later they finally shipped something. As of now because of such practices and not answering phone calls and emails as they did I had to cancel my credit card incase business was fake and was issued a new [redacted] card. I am also disputing charges to my credit card told them so over email before they began to ship merchandise from their facility.Desired Settlement: For such lack of service lack of caring not only about their business but about s customer. I refuse to pay for having to deal with such incredible incompetence. I have panic attacks and anxiety and have agoraphobia. This has put me through such anguish. Where it should have been easy just place order. And then shipped with out 4 times the amount of time agreed upon taken place.
