I enrolled in this company's trial offer they charged me in full without consent and were not available on Sunday of the 14th day for me to cancel. I ordered on 2/6/2016 at 12:36 am order # XXXXX Utopian Garcinia Cambogia for a free trial offer and order # XXXXX utopian Cleanse 360 for a free trail offer.I was charged $4.95 twice just shipping and handling. 15 days later I was charged $79.94 twice for the same product I was offered for free. The company claims I had 14 days to cancel. This statement is not available any where on their home page or during the ordering process. But, I am required to speak to customer service in order to cancel. They are not customer available on Sundays. I cancelled on Monday 2/21/2016 at 1:06am. Cancellation # XXXXX and #XXXXX.Desired SettlementI would like a full refund of $160.00 for the product and the $10.00 for shipping. I would also like them to discontinue their policy of recurring charges. And place in bold letter and highlight their policies in the process of filling out the information for a trail offer.

Unauthorized Charging of Debit CardI signed up for a free trial of the product, and paid the $5.95 for the shipping. I got the product, and now they have charged my card for $87.95 I in no way authorized this charge or I would not have even tried the product. I tried to contact customer service, but got a recording that I reached them outside of normal hours, and this was 9am EST. I have filed a dispute with my bank to get the charge reversed.
